We can meet in-home or over the phone to customize a plan for each project based on your needs and budget.
I like to start by asking a lot of questions about your life, your values, your stuff, and how your use your space. This gives me a chance to understand your goals and intentions and then formulate a plan for your project around them. This is also chance for us to get to know each other, and for you to ask any questions you might have.

This is where we roll up our sleeves and start sorting, making piles and prioritizing. We get rid of trash, decide what stays, what goes, and address any questions or concerns along the way. I follow a natural unfolding process that provides you with fresh eyes and a new perspective.
Each project is different and I’m always happy to work on my own, but I find that most clients want to be involved in this decision-making process at least a little bit.
Next, I organize what’s staying and we make decisions about what, if anything, needs to be purchased for storage.
Warning: Often the process of sorting and organizing requires us to make a bigger mess so we can really dig in and see what’s there. But don’t worry, I always have my eyes on your vision and it will all come together. That’s why you hire me! I’m obsessed with the finished product/look and I want to get you from where you are to where you want to go.
I like to start every project by taking ‘before’ photos (if you choose) so you can remember where we started.

I shop for organizational supplies and storage containers based on the need of the project and your budget.

Once we have sorted everything and you have made decisions about what goes I load what I can and haul it away to be recycled or donated. Depending on the scope of the project I can also take care of trash/junk removal, hazardous waste disposal, food bank drop off, paper shredding, or taking items to consignment. Occasionally there are extra charges for these drop offs, but I will always let you know ahead of time. If it's a big project we might need to get a dumpster or arrange for help from other professionals.
Sometimes we don’t even realize how much our stuff is weighing us down. Enjoy feeling lighter, happier, and freer as you wave goodbye to what no longer serves you.

I can provide assistance with determining what items, if any, might be able to be sold. Sometimes, for an extra charge I can help with the sale itself. Let's discuss.
I can do research and provide referrals to appropriate professionals for things such as: Antique sales, Consignment, Estate Sales, Realtor, Designer, Handyman, Relocation Company
I can also handle outside projects such as digitizing photos, packing and mailing items to family members, documenting items, making returns etc.
